With ball approaching fast towards the dugout, team’s analyst left his seat to save himself. However, he left the team’s laptop as it is and the ball went on to hit it directly.

SRH mentor VVS Laxman was sitting next to him, and upon realising that the laptop was damaged, he could help but starting yelling at the team analyst for not saving it.The expression on Laxman’s face would tell it all.

Isco spares Real Madrid

Isco struck in stoppage time to send Real Madrid six points clear of Barcelona at the top of La Liga after twice coming from behind to beat Sporting Gijon 3-2 on Saturday.
Madrid can all but secure a first league title in five years with victory when they host Barca next weekend.
But not for the first time this season they needed a late show after Duje Cop and Mikel Vesga put Sporting in front early in both halves.
Isco’s fine individual effort and a towering header from Alvaro Morata ensured neither lead lasted more than a few minutes
However, the Croatian made amends when he finished off a lovely Sporting move by volleying home Vesga’s scooped pass to put Sporting in front after 14 minutes.
The lead lasted just three minutes as Real responded with a wonder goal of their own.

Isco received Lucas Vazquez’s pass inside a crowded penalty area but somehow dribbled past two Sporting defenders before curling the ball into the top corner.
Despite dominating possession for the remainder of the first half Real had to wait until early in the second period for another clear chance to take the lead.
Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema were left out of the squad entirely alongside the injured Gareth Bale, whilst Toni Kroos, Luka Modric and Marcelo had to settle for a place on the bench.
Home goalkeeper Ivan Cuellar somehow turned Nacho’s header just out of the reach of Morata, who was awaiting to apply the final touch for a tap-in.
Sporting went straight up the other end to retake the lead as Vesga looped a measured header into the far corner.
Once again, though, Sporting’s defensive deficiencies were quickly exploited by the European champions as Morata towered above his marker to head home Danilo’s cross.
Madrid then peppered the Sporting goal, but didn’t make the breakthrough until injury time as Isco’s effort from the edge of the area had too much power for Cuellar.
Defeat means Sporting remain five points from safety in 18th with just six games remaining.

No player in the history of tennis has had $100 million on-court earnings but Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer should become the first. Novak Djokovic and Roger Federer are poised to become the first $100 million men in tennis in 2016, in a gripping sub-plot to the new Grand Slam season. No player in the history of the sport has broken through the $100 million on-court earnings barrier but world number one Djokovic and Federer, the number three, should reach the landmark next year.Djokovic, 28, has just over USD 94 million in prize money while Federer, six years the Serb’s senior, has banked USD 97.3 million. With $3.85 million on offer for the winner of January’s

It inspires me even more to keep on going, and I hope to continue to play at this level in 2016,” said Djokovic.Despite his dominance of the sport, Djokovic still has some catching up to do when it comes to matching Federer’s overall personal fortune.According to Forbes’ rich list, Federer was the fifth highest-earning sportsman in 2015 thanks to $58 million in endorsements.Djokovic was 13th, his on-court wealth boosted by $31 million worth of commercial riches. But the Serb knows time — and the form which saw him win 82 matches and suffer just six losses last season — is on his side.“I think I have a good chance. I’m 28 and I still don’t feel like the end is anytime soon, that definitely excites me and motivates me to keep going

FIA tweaks driver penalty rules for 2017

Formula One racing’s governing body, the FIA, has modified the regulations  ahead of the 2017
Under the new procedures, race director Charlie Whiting will still report incidents to the stewards as before, but from there the stewards will have the choice as to whether to launch an investigation or not.
"It shall be at the discretion of the stewards to decide if any driver involved
in an incident should be penalised,” article 38.2 of the sporting regulations now states.
"Unless it is clear to the stewards that a driver was wholly or predominantly to blame for an incident no penalty will be imposed."
It is hoped that this move will encourage drivers to attempt more overtaking moves, without the fear that they may be punished for minor contact.
In other penalty changes, drivers now unable to serve an imposed time, stop-and-go or drive-through penalty during a race due to retirement may be hit with a grid penalty at the next event.

Masterclass knock from skipper helps tourists cruise to victory for 1-0 lead

Joe Root squeezed the accelerator to steer England to victory

Eoin Morgan’s eighth T20I fifty and his 83-run stand with Joe Root, who smashed an unbeaten 46, helped England coast to a seven-wicket win to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series. Yuzvendra Chahal took 2/27 as Virat Kohli’s team tried to put up a fight. Earlier, MS Dhoni blasted 36 off 27 balls and Suresh Raina smashed 34 as India managed to reach 147/7 in Green Park.Root and Morgan shuffled around for a few overs, but with the required rate so modest it only required the slightest squeeze of the accelerator to get the innings back on track. Morgan hit four sixes in a 37-ball half-century, and victory was sealed with 11 balls to spare.

And so ahead of the second match in Nagpur this Sunday, and the third in Bangalore next week, England now have a real opportunity to leave India with something tangible. After the winter they have had, they will take it gratefully.

Arsenal in a nail bitting match with Burnley

With the Emirates bathed in brilliant sunshine on a crisp winter’s day, it was the perfect afternoon for Premier League football in North London
Burnley were to make the livelier start, but the match soon took on a familiar hue as Wenger’s side pinned the visitors back into their own half for extended periods.
Alexis, with three goals and an assist in his previous two home games against the Clarets, was typically high-energy, while Mesut Ozil was soon smoothly moving through the gears too.
A 98th-minute penalty by Alexis secured a hugely-dramatic victory against Burnley that moves us up to second in the Premier League table.
As the game entered the seven minutes of injury time, the 10-man Gunners -Granit Xhaka had been sent off for a lunge on Steven Defour - were having to hold on to the lead given to them by Shkodran Musatfi
But it looked like we would be denied the victory we had worked so hard for when Jon Moss awarded the Clarets a penalty for a Francis Coquelin trip on Ashley Barnes.
Andre Gray kept his cool to convert from the spot and it appeared that we would have to settle for a highly-frustrating draw.
But in almost the last kick of the match, Alexis swung in a cross from the left that arrowed towards the far post, where Ben Mee caught Laurent Koscielny in the face with a high boot.
Moss awarded Arsenal the penalty and Alexis, showing incredible composure, sent a panenka down the middle from the spot to seal a precious victory.
There are sure to be many more twists and turns in this title race, but surely nothing will compare to the drama on offer on this chilly afternoon in north London.
